Who is responsible

Warble Legal Ltd is responsible for personal information it processes in connection with this website and enquiries. Contact info@warblelegal.com for privacy requests.

Information we process

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any information you choose to provide. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser information to deliver and protect the website. The preparation checklist works only in the current browser tab and is not submitted to us.

Why we use information

We use enquiry information to respond and, where requested, take steps towards an agreement with you. We process necessary technical data for our legitimate interests in maintaining a reliable, secure website. We may also process information to comply with legal obligations. We do not use this website to collect ETA applications or payment details.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by hosting, security and email providers acting for us, or disclosed when required by law. Cloudflare may process connection data when delivering and protecting the website. Google Fonts is requested by the website and receives technical request data, including IP addresses. Providers may process information outside the UK; applicable transfer safeguards are required where relevant. We do not sell enquiry information.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the enquiry, agreed services, applicable record-keeping duties or the resolution of disputes. Retention depends on the nature of the interaction. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no internet transmission is entirely risk-free. Please do not send passport scans, payment information or sensitive immigration details in an initial email.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact info@warblelegal.com to exercise your rights. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Future services and changes

If you choose to instruct us, we will provide any additional privacy information relevant to that service before collecting further documents. We will update this policy if website processing changes.
