Cancellation & refunds

No payments on this website
This website is informational and does not collect payments or accept orders. An enquiry is free of any commitment. Any paid assistance must be separately agreed, including the exact scope, price and cancellation information before payment.
Cancelling assistance
To ask about cancellation, email info@warblelegal.com and identify the service concerned. For distance service contracts, UK consumers will generally have a 14-day cancellation period, subject to the applicable statutory conditions. Your service agreement will explain the rights that apply.
Work requested during a cancellation period
Where you expressly ask us to begin services during a statutory cancellation period and then cancel, a proportionate charge for services already supplied may apply where the law permits. A cancellation right may be lost once a service is fully performed only where the required prior consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Government application fees
Government fees are separate from any assistance fee. Refundability of a government fee is governed by the official application rules. We cannot promise to recover it. A refusal or delay does not by itself determine entitlement to a refund of assistance fees; the agreed service and your statutory rights remain relevant.
Problems with a service
If a service does not meet the agreed standard, contact us with the details so we can investigate and offer the remedies required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
