We offer independent assistance relating to the UK ETA process. We are not the UK government, the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration or a government application portal. Using our assistance is optional; you may apply directly through GOV.UK.

Information and service agreements

Before any paid work, we will agree the scope, fee, payment arrangements and applicable service terms with you. This website does not accept applications or payments.

Your responsibilities

Provide complete and accurate information, check official requirements and use the passport with which you will travel. You are responsible for travel arrangements and for checking that you have the permissions needed before departure.

Decisions and timescales

Only the relevant authorities can grant an ETA or permission to enter. We do not guarantee approval, entry, a particular decision date or expedited processing. Assistance cannot influence the government decision.
